Tokugawa power-up!

The same series powering-up mod made by Ameki, this time the Tokugawa clan. As usual, good clan traits and powerful + cheap kisho ninja & mounted teppo.

I tried to play as oda when having this mod on,I survived,and destroyed the tokugawa

Can I use this mod on the AI? to make my games harder? Also can this be used with the other buffed factions?
