Streets of Rage 3 - Roo Edition

Description
Play as Roo right from the start! Also included is an expanded options menu. This is the same as my Streets of Rage 3 - Chill Edition mod without Infinite Lives.

You do realize, that if from the title screen you hold up and B then hit start, you will be able to play as Roo yes?

I made this mod so you didn't need to go through all of that to unlock Roo as that'd get tedious and so you can play as him from the beginning.

You can play as Roo in the regular game. When you fight the boss battle with his keeper ONLY attack the Keeper and NOT Roo. Roo will leave the screen after you defeat his "master" and after you die the next time he is selectable at the character select. Someone NEEDS to unlock Shiva in SoR3.
