(RICO COMPATIBLE)

Target is the second largest retail store in the United States, behind Wal-Mart. This model is based on the Target at 5959 Poplar in Memphis, TN, but similar design features and layouts can be found at most Targets. I tried to spend most of my time with this model in Photoshop on texturing. I'm sure 75-80% of the tri's on this model come from the logo at the top, the 3 balls on the ground, and cut-out in the red wall, but I didn't want to fool with custom props. I decided not to include an illumination texture because the red logos were too distracting during the day so I used some lights from
Modern Lighting pack:

@KingLeno I just wanted to say thanks to you! I've upgraded to your larger Target, but wanted to say, seeing your old assets like this bring me so much joy. The Skylines community has done so much with this great game and I remember using your buildings since the very beginning! Big fan of your videos on YouTube as well

@kwaigai well if you must know, this was made in 2016, the game was released in 2015. There were plenty of mods, but no where near the amount and functionality of today. Making an asset that was larger than the standard footprint was not easily nor was it practical to have such a huge building that did not really function as intended
