The rooftop isn't safe. The clearance is very narrow and there is no barrier. A couple of my cims fell over the edge the other day and the city's municipal code inspector condemned the building. Now I can't get it to load anymore.

So, so beautiful! We have so few specialized commercial buildings, so thanks for doing one!
LegionOfMe, because AliTarGz made it color changing, all you have to do is open it in Asset Editor, click materials and pick whatever colors you like! Cool, eh? Save it with a unique name so you don'T have an error message, and you will have your personalized version to use on your computer (can't republish it).

I like the model very much, but I hate the over saturated colors.
