Wonder Race

Description
This is an updated and extended version of hambil's Wonder Race (BNW) mod. Credits go to hambil as the original author of this mod.

This mod will send you a notification whenever you are competing with the AI or another player for a wonder, telling whether you are winning or losing the wonder race. A notification is sent once everytime the race status changes.

You can control how much or how little information you want from the Wonder Race Options panel (see screenshot).

*** Options ***
This mod has the following options:

- Notify Build Time Difference -
Makes notifications tell you how many turns ahead or behind you are in the race to a given wonder.

- Notify Competitor ID -
Notifications will tell you the identity of the player you are racing against (if you have not met them, only their ID# will be shown).

- Notify On Wonder Detection -
Gives you a notification whenever another players starts building any wonder.

- Repeat Losing Notification -
If turned on, you will be reminded every turn if you keep building a wonder that you are losing the race for.

You can toggle the options in the new options panel in the DiploCorner menu (see screenshot).

*** Compatibility ***
This mod should be compatible with all DLC and game versions. Should be compatible with other mods as long as they don't tamper too much with the NotificationPanel. If you experience any problems, please report.

Regarding AI stopping wonder production, that must be coincidental. Perhaps they had visibility in your city and saw that they could not beat you? Dunno if the AI is smart enough to do that. But this mod doesn't affect AI behaviour in any way.

The AI does not get these notifications, only the player does (and the AI wouldn't know what to do with it if it did).

To elucidate, when I get a notice that I am winning a Wonder Race by a considerable margin, I will put another build in before that Wonder ... For example, perhaps a military unit; or a production building ... such that there still will be enough turns to beat the AI.
AND when the Wonder gets to the top of the production list, the AI still is working at the same wonder; as evidenced by a new Wonder Race notice stating the updated completion margin :CapitalDome:

I noticed, when you are wining the wonder race the AI stops building that wonder. Is that normal. The AI also does`t switch to build another world wonder although it could.
