Picking up after the events of Operation Wildfires Gemini campaign, the Phoenix have begun to rebuild. In an effort to get back on their feet the Phoenix have started doing dirty work for other terror cells to make any money they can get. Enlisted by The Balkans, the Phoenix have been tasked with securing a shipment of classified weapons hidden within a Chinese research facility deep within the Tibetan tundra.

Recent radio transmission suggest that The Coalition Taskforce is on its way to the facility to follow up on a lead they discovered at the rail yard in Russia. The Phoenix will stop at nothing to fulfill their contract but they are willing to compromise the integrity of the shipment so that it will never fall into the hands of Felix Riley, head of The Coalition Task Force.

Not only is lethal force authorized, it is preferred.
