Stronger Romans

Description
Stronger Western Roman Empire (WRE) and Eastern Roman Empire (ERE)

This is a mod to try and stop the Romans from perishing too early.
I would like them to be the powerful fearsome roman empire they should be

- Added morale boost for Romans through traits
- WRE & ERE major & minor city garrisons increased
- Stronger Roman units, they can now hold their own against barbarian equivalents
- Reduced upkeep for religious buildings
- Reduced upkeep for Roman buildings
- Reduced food consumption for Roman buildings
- Increased public order for Roman buildings

Seems to give the WRE a better chance, though the ERE is now effectively unstoppable except for occasional civil wars, which for the time period does make a bit of sense.

Is this for the player and AI or just the player?

The mod definitely works. Western Rome, which normally lost many of its cities in 20-25 turns and was on the verge of collapse, was able to protect its cities to a large extent, although it lost some of its cities. Because I was Vandals in the legendary campaign, I settled in northwest Spain, and until the 460s I was only able to reach the territory of Carthage, struggling with western Rome.

Thats made mostly for the AI, right?

Could you remove the Religious influence toward the Roman Paganism from the "Auditorium" and all the next level of that building ?

(2/2) Problem, Wisigoths and Vandals are still in Dacia/central Europa, and I don't know where Suebians are. These factions should do damages to WRE on ealy game. Maybe Romans are too strong now. I will expect Attila rise to find out if the campaign is unbalanced. Perhaps the reduction of armies for small factions with the "2000 base income" mod pushes the Germanic nations to confront each other rather than invading the large Romans armies.

(1/2) I tried this mod on my Frank campaign, coupled with some others mods liste "2000 base income" and "Weaker Hun Invasion" in order to have a slightly more realistic campaign (Romans still alive after 453).

After 25 turns Romans appear really stronger. On vanilla WRE in 400 would have already lost large parts of Gaul, Iberia and Illyria, because of the rebellions. Here, all the provinces I can see have 100% public order. I invaded Belgium Gaul first without resistance, after ~10 turns they send 3 full armies in order to take the province back. Geats took Rotomagus and Marcomans invaded Iuvavum, maybe somes cities lost by rebellions in Africa and Illyria, owether WRE is still unbroken.
