I got the ice as a non-dancer -- I helped out the character that uses the dancer portrait, she kept visiting me at my camp, and eventually she gave me the ice.

@Sirithre figured out the milk a little after posting earlier, you need to activate without destroying the container (silly me lol). I think the fish are similar, they're located like you said in a cave that randomly appears in swamps (albeit there is a helpful icon to tell you if said swamp will have it; peaches have similar icons, not sure about others as I wasn't paying attention in my first few runs). Now the only cooking ingredient I don't have is Herbs which I'm pretty sure "soft" requires getting the desert village to spawn on the map when you're not starting there ("soft" because I can't see getting enough moonstones in the tutorial area and first appearance in town before advancing to the feast, and you can't go back to the village later so yeah unless I'm wrong on that...).
TBH kinda got distracted myself, I swear I have a limited ADHD that applies to video games only lol

@Avigor ; To be honest I haven't played since launch and it sounds like a lot has been added, as that kind of information was not needed before. I'd be glad to add you as a contributor if you want to find these things out and update it for the current version

Might want to clarify on the milk, do you have to catch it before it hits the ground when you break the container next to the oxen, or is there something else?
Also with fish, is it just random containers or is there something specific or special you need to do?
