Hard As Nails Flag

Description
Do you feel like you're as hard as nails? Well here is a flag that's as hard as you. Show the alien menace your not afraid to fight by placing this flag on the back of all your soldier. So they know that the Xcom Resistance can be hard as nails, yet posh as cushions.

@IvoryMan, I could probably do that actually, I didn't think about making a HI voicepack though, I'll make a note about it, it's seems possible
