The balloons sway ever so slightly, so I can use the hamster motor and blow the baseball with the jack-in-the-box. Then use the switch and fan to blow the baseball even more to break the fishbowl.

I tried to make it as easy as possible by putting brick walls everywhere but yeah, those bellows placement may take a few tries. To be honest I just made this one quickly to get an achievement (bad me)

That second bellows involved a little nudging but good puzzle.
