1. Get starting items ASAP, skill TP, TP to between mid T2/T3 tower in fog, place ward for courier kill
2. Walk back to spawn, wait until 50g to buy iron branch, TP to cliff between radiant large and ancient camp
3. Kill stuff while watching for the courier. when seen TP to between T1/T2, kill and walk or TP back.
4. Farm normal jungle or if safe to spend TP CD to go back to cliff do so.
5. Get dagon, gank

Always communicate with lanes to notify when ganking potential is online.
