This mod removes Rome and Venice and replaces it with Mussolini's Italy.

Benito Mussolini is the fascist leader of Italy. His thirst for expansion gives him a 25% bonus against City States. While the quality of his military will suffer due to no barracks, armory, nor military academy, his true strength lies with his navy. Destroyers are 1/2 the production cost and he can build a shipyard in every coastal city each giving him +2 battleships and +2 oil resource.
