But it's the suit that offers the highest damage resistances for the lowest material costs. It only requires scrapped steel, and the chest-slot a single circuitboard with it(with it's ridiculous durability you barely need to repair it anyway). This makes it ideal for people who main power armor. In your adventures you're very likely to encounter a power armor stand here and there, and with the bit of steel you have on your hand you can do a full repair
