Fallout 4 Fullscreen Fix

This will run fallout 4 in fullscreen:

Change the prefs.ini file in your documents/users/mygames/fallout4 and in your steamapps/common/fallout4 to the following,

bMaximizeWindow=1
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

If you dont want 1920/1080 resolution replace with your own.

I was able to run Fallout 4 perfectly in full screen with this fix.

This worked for me, thanks.

I might suggest that people copy the ini file to there desktop, so in case they really mess this up, all they need to do is drag and drop the ini copy from desktop back into the Fallout 4 directory and get back to the original settings.

Further confirmation, fix does not work.

Does not work for me either. I get Borderless fullscreen but cannot interact with my desktop when alt-tabbing, even if I press windows key and click on stuff it focuses back on the game window.
