Poseidon Energy, on the metal desk with a magazine, near steamer trunk, central metal catwalk.

Charisma

Parsons State Insane Asylum, on Jack Cabot's office desk, close to elevator, administration area.
Found during the mission The secret of Cabbot House.[fallout.wikia.com] to start this quest you have to go to cabbot house and use the buzzer outside the door.

Intelligence

Boston Public Library, on the computer bank, mechanical room, northwest corner of library.

Agility

Wreck of the FMS Northern Star, on the edge of the bow of the ship, wooden platform.

Luck

Spectacle Island, in a locker at steamer trunk, green boat south of the island.

Barter

Longneck Lukowski's Cannery, inside the metal catwalk hut, northwest upper area of the main cannery room.

Big Guns

Vault 95, in the living quarters area, north-most room, on a radio. once you take the elevator down and make it to the first big hall, take a right ion the hall and the bobblehead is downstairs, youl know you have gone the right way if you activate a grenade trap.

Energy Weapons

Fort Hagen Command Centre, in the Command Center, southwest kitchens, on a small table between two fridges. Cant be obtained until the story mission Reunions[fallout.wikia.com] is underway

Explosives

Saugus Ironworks, in the Blast Furnace area, with the magazine and streamer trunk, on the catwalk. Be carefull of the power suit.

Lockpicking

Pickman Gallery, on the ground between the brick pillars in the last tunnel chamber. (lowest level, follow the raiders)

Medicine

To get into the vault you will need 3 fusion cores, once you have gain accsses give blood to the doctor, and give jet to de lucca. try the fruit that the woamn grows then leave and return in 24 hours to get the quest from the doctor (hole in the wall)[fallout.wikia.com]. (you cant sleep in the bed just outside the vault, best fast travel back to vault 111 then back here) finish this mission and when you meet mrs currie (female Mr. Handy) the bobblehead will be in the room with her.

Melee

Trinity Tower: On a table in the cage where Rex Goodman and Strong are being held. When you enter the tower you will be given a quest, finish that and the bobblehead is in rexs cell

Repair

Corvega assembly plant, on the very end of the top exterior walk way (the highest point you can get), southwest roof section of the plant building.

Science

Malden Middle School (Vault 75), on the desk overlooking the subterranean "Diner" area, inside the vault building, basement level. you will be given a quest when you eneter the vault, complete the quest and when you kill the target with the keycard (admin keycard) the bobblehead will be in the same room.

Small Guns

Gunners Plaza, on the broadcast desk in the on-air room, ground floor, west side of the building. locked behind a master locked door (key for the door is on Cruz on the top floor), has 2 legendary bosses and 2 turrets. Be carefull coming to this building, a enemy on the roof has a fat man.

Sneak

Dunwich Borers, on a small metal table by a lantern, right next to the metal post terminal area #4. go all the way through the quary and it will be right at the end.

Speech

Park Street Station (Vault 114), in the Overseer's office. continue the story and you will end up here.

Unarmed

Atom Cats garage, On the hood of the rusty car in the main warehouse.
