This is an extremely trivial example mod that's a great starting point for those wanting to dive into modding Windward's code. It adds a new quest that asks the player to crash into the shore as its objective.

It's best to copy this mod's contents to My Documents/Windward/Mods/First Mod first so that it doesn't reside within Program Files. To examine the source code, edit and compile your own mods like this one, find the Source Code.zip file within this mod's folder and extract its contents into the folder it's in. You can then open the included solution with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Express or MonoDevelop that comes with Unity, change its contents and recompile it as you see fit. NOTE: You will want to remove the 'FirstMod.dll' file from the mod's folder if you'll be compiling your own.
