The Planet Eater mk.2

I do not play SE much anymore as I'm don't like many of the changes that have been made to the game sense I started playing, as a result updates to my creations will be few and far between.

Galactic Recycling Indrustries presents The Planet Eater mk2.

This ship is a large mining, Refining and assembly ship. This ship has one large reactor to power all the ships systems, a small emergency reactor that can supply enough power for the drills, refinery and ion thrusters in the event of emergencys.

With 12 drills, 2 assemblers, one refinery, a fair amount of storage space, a medbay, cryo chamber, a oxygen generator and one jump drive this ship is ideal for short range mining and construction operations away from your home base by allowing you to perform the same operations on a small scale while away from your home.

This ship is unarmed and it is recomended that you keep the jump drive fully charged and turned on while away from home incase you need to make a fast get away from pirates.

This is ship is a modified version of my original planet eater, I have added a hydrogen tank and several hydrogen thrusters. If the ship is moving at full speed, the ships current stopping power allows the ship to stop in 1000M on ion thrusters alone and in 550m with the hydrogen thrusters working with the ion thrusters.

This ship is a work in progress and i will be continuing to try and lower the ships stopping distance.
No mods mods were used in the making of this ship.
