Plumbata Revised

Description
Hi there,

this is a small mod for all those who think that the Plumbata darts used by several roman units aren't up to snuff. This mod does the following:

-Plumbata ammo for all units upped to 4
-Plumbata range increased to 100
-slight increase to accuracy
-Eastern Armored Legio's Pila replaced with Plumbata

Some of those changes are already included in my Romans Revised unit tweaks. Let me know if I should include the rest of the changes there as well.

Mate I dunno whether you'd read this or not but when Eastern Armored Legio are about to throw their munitions, they hold pila on their hands but they throw plumbata. Can you change them to hold plumbatas instead of pilas? Well system works fine but the look is not satisfactory

I think the damage should be reduced so it doesnt feel too cheaty
