Chinatown Parks

Description
It's easy to clear your mind in this walled clearing adorned with simple bushes and stones. Namaste.

This is the third in a series of parks I'm building using Chinatown assets. I know that Boformer, Soldyne, and others are working on a Chinatown theme for the Building Theme by District mod. The goal here is to create parks that will blend into a Chinatown neighborhood or any other neighborhood by using a limited number of Chinatown assets in each park. This is meant to keep the number of required items to a minimum as well.

Cost = 200
Fire Tolerance = 20
Maintenance = 10
Low Wealth Tourists = 50
Med Wealth Tourists = 50
High Wealth Tourists = 50
Entertainment Accumulation = 50
Entertainment Radius = 400
