Lol I overcomplicated it, but solved it first try. Used the frankencube at an angle to the laser so the funnel would go orange-->blue-->orange with the right timing to take me to button room. Came back through and retrieved my laser cube only to find my frankencube trapped in the pit. I had to put the laser cube back and alternate portals a few times to get the cube down into the lower area.

Oh wow, I don't think I've ever seen A franken cube used like that! Nice map, will have to check out the original. Thanks.
