Description
Adds the House Tully, led by Edmure Tully. Based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin.

House Tully is a food powerhouse, capable of using it for a variety of things. The UA grants them great growth and benefits as long as they stick to the riversides. The UB, the Water Gate, is a more expensive Castle with powerful production bonuses. The UI, the Family Mill, can grant great amounts of Production and Culture from riversides.
- - -
UA: Family, Duty, Honor: 25% of excess Food is added to Culture in riverside cities. +10% Food in the Capital. 15% of Food is carried over in riverside cities.
-
UB: Water Gate
- Replaces Castle. It is much more expensive and can only be built on riverside cities, but it grants +1 Production from river tiles and the Amphibious promotion to units.
UI: Family Mill
- +1 Food, +1 Culture, and +1 Production. Gains +1 Production at Industrialization. Cannot be built adjacently and must be built on flat riverside tiles.

I have these in my MODS list in game but they are not selectable in the advanced set up nor is there a scenario. I have never met them through exploration, what am I doing wrong?

Can I get a direct download link to this? I subbed, but Tully (and Tyrell) refused to show up in my MODS list. And great work on these mods, they seem much more fitting towards the characters than others.

Thanks for letting me know, IIMatteo :)

@New Chalcedon: It's strictly added into policy culture. I found that if it contributed to border growth, it along with the Family Mill made their borders grow way too fast, so it only adds to the overall count for balance.

@IIMatteo: OK, I'll give it another go, keeping more attention to the actua culture gained. Does this extra culture also contribute to border growth, or simply to unlocking new policies?

@New Chalcedon: Your Culture Per Turn number doesn't actually display the extra culture from the excess food; it's an odd limitation from the way the code for it works. So while it says +4 culture per turn, you should actually see it increase by 5 or 6.

The mod's showing, but it doesn't seem to be working. (My) Riverrun's built on a river tile, and I've pciked Liberty. It has the Palace and Monument, 6 excess food...and a total of 4 culture/turn. Shouldn't it be 5.5, or at least 5?
