600 Percent Tech Cost

Description
A simple mod that sets the cost of all Techs to 600% their vanilla values.

I recommend using my other mods with this, as they are all balanced around this mod in some way.

While using this mod alongside my other mods, you will experience new challenges:

With my various tech tree mods, you'll find every research decision more important, a single new combat unit or growth building could give you a major upperhand against the other players. Happiness will become a true early game concern, and with Luxuries requiring at least a tier 2 tech, you will find yourself struggling to grow your population.

How is this on the front page when browsing? It hasn't been updated in literally years, and is apperantly borked! I mean, I hope it gets updated, I've always felt like I got reasearch a BIT too fast in Epic games(might be time to bump back up to marathon...).

I've been looking around, but can't seem to find any fixes so far, once I do I'll at the very least post the necessary instructions

I noticed that recently too, I think something happened in the game's code which changed how research speed is altered
