To be frank, this map has very little in common with Hotline Miami. Hell, the map hardly even resembles Miami at all. However, this map, just like Hotline Miami, contains brutal cqb action along with good music, tactical gameplay, and piles of dead Russians.
Screenshots are a bit dark, but it should look fine in-game.

To start this map offline, type "map coop_mission_hotline_b3 custom" in console
Difficulty and music settings cannot be changed once the start button is pressed.
