Look first in the Transmission tab at the Disease Tab.
Then look around the Disease Tab for the cheats. Each tab has a hint. To spread quick, "Transmissions", To kill quick (or even get noticed), "Symptoms", All the Other Fun stuff? Down the "Abillities".
