The Academy of Arcane Arts V 1.2.0

A magic themed mod with a spell and mana system, as well as bomb/trap crafting. Lightning bolts, giant stone fists, necromantic undead army, and more.

Short Tutorial:
Remember to equip an Academy actor with a spellbook and spell scrolls in order to use spells. (Not applicable to actors outside of the Academy mod.)
Open the pie menu and press fire button to cycle through spells.

For more detailed instructions, link to tutorial video below:

To craft a spell bomb/trap:
Hold the bomb/trap, switch to the desired spell, hold and release fire button to craft. Now you have a bomb or trap infused with the spell of your choice.

Two global scripts are also included. (Infinite mana and zero cast time)

This mod also has support for the Unmapped Lands 2 mod, albeit some minor sound and graphical bugs.
Now also competible with Void Wanderers. Please refer to the Voidwanderers Readme file for details on how to do so.

Since disabling mods never works for me I just have to uninstall and reinstall mods depending on what I want to use. So, I had uninstalled this mod to try out some other factions, then I came back and reinstalled this mod about 10 minutes ago. About 2 minutes ago Norton found another Trojan.

Unfortunately I will be uninstalling this and mechanisms (Also by Lokhart) permanently for my own safety. For others; it is probably unwise to download/continue using this mod. Even if you have a reliable Antivirus I wouldn't recommend risking it.

It's not rare that I have to undo Norton's actions when I download mods for a videogame.

Well to be fair, Norton gets worked up over nothing. I download something for Terraria from a well-known modder online, two minutes later I get a notification from Norton Antivirus letting me know that it deleted half the files I just downloaded because they were unsafe.

Nope, nothing. I had AVG and Avira both funning whenI downloaded the mod and got Malwarebytes soon after but nothing in the slightest.

I haven't seen any signs of a virus/malware, and Norton claims that the Trojan was quarantined, I just find it a bit odd I'm not the only person who's had a Trojan in their files.

@Sergei the Sergal Do you have any Antivirus progams on your device? If so, are they activated or deactivated? About 5 minutes after downloading this mod I got a Norton Antivirus notification claiming that a Trojan (High risk level) was found in the files for this mod.

I didnt pick up a trojan, the hell are you lot on about?

Me: *Finally finds a pretty cool wizardry mod for Cortex Command* This is the greatest mod I've ever seen!

Norton Antivirus: "Hold my beer."

But seriously, should I be concerned about the Trojan or...?

Yeah some of the spells like Firebolt are just annoying as hell because they dont work. By "dont work" I mean they backfire. Horribly. If you have a fix I'd like to hear it, cheers.
