Tomoko Kuroki, AKA Mokocchi, AKA Spaghetti-tan, the main character of the anime WataMote (short for "Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dō Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui!", or "No Matter How I Look at It, It’s You Guys' Fault I’m Not Popular!").

With years of video gaming experience, no social skills, horrible self-esteem, a massive victim complex, and the help of a few VERY patient friends, Tomoko strives to move past her position on the social food chain and become famous. Or maybe just make some new friends and learn to improve herself. Or, at the very least, murder that idiot who stole her umbrella.

Saw a skin of Konata Izumi, realized you could do skirts and long hair, decided the game needed more weeaboo characters. Feel free to use and modify as you see fit, but I'd appreciate it if you gave credit.
