This map has a large variety of areas with very distinct features, so that each section feels very unique compared to each other.

This means this is a fantastic map for those who particularly like exploration, and also those who want to play a game in which Civilizations that benefit from these particular areas feel like "bosses" of those territories.

Encountering problems?
===================
Here are some solutions that should work if you happen to be experiencing the common problems that happen when dealing with the Steam Workshop. Read the one that applies to you:
--
MAC USERS:
Unfortunately, the Steam Workshop isn't supported for Mac's Civ V, though there are guides out there for how to get it working.
--
CIV V INSTALLED ON DRIVE OTHER THAN C:
If you have Civ V installed on a drive that isn't C:, you're going to have to copy the .civ5map located in
Documents > my games > Sid Meiers Civilization V >MODS
and move it to
Documents > my games > Sid Meiers Civilization V > maps.
You will have to do this with ANY workshop map you try to download for Civilization V.
--
MAP NOT APPEARING EVEN AFTER ACTIVATION:
If your problem is that the map isn't appearing when choosing game options, make sure that on the main menu in-game you are going to Mods, activating the map mod by clicking on the check mark circle, and hitting NEXT. You should see Single Player with the list of active mods under it.
When you're choosing the map, check under "Additional Maps". If you're setting up the game through the Advanced Options, it will simply appear in the drop down menu along all the others.
--
MAP STILL NOT APPEARING & PLAYING MULTIPLAYER:
This next one is a solution for those who can't find any other solution or want to play the maps in Multiplayer:
You can make the map appear in regular Single Player and Multiplayer by putting it in the main game files.
You do this by copying the .civ5map file found in Documents > my games > Sid Meiers Civilization V > MODS
and placing it inside
C: > Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Sid Meiers Civilization V > assets > maps.
You can play the maps in multiplayer if ALL the players have done this.
This will work with ANY Workshop Map. (Not mods or scenarios.)
--
If you're still having problems, please do post again. I'll try my best to figure out what's going on.

Huge maps or larger are simply *too* large for my taste. But I'm definitely impressed with the map itself. Looks beautiful.

great map! I play emperor and discovered some civs in late xx century. The map is huge and the terrain really influence your choices. works without bug on mac

When you enable it, you hit next, and you use the Mod Section's game setup. If you go back to the main menu instead, no mods/maps will appear.

If it doesn't appear that way, you can always add it manually by going to Documents > My Games > Sid Meier's Civilization 5 > MODS > The World of One Piece, copying the .Civ5map file, and adding it to Documents > My Games > Sid Meier's Civilization 5 > Maps

This will make it appear without having to go to Mods in game, and you'll also be able to host it for online multiplayer.

Uranium naturally spawns in desert, plains, tundra and... hills? I think it was?

Resources are randomly generated. I'm not sure if any sort of terrain specifically gets more uranium, but I don't believe so.

Is there anywhere on this map with alot of uranium?
Lcy  [author] Jun 23, 2015 @ 12:52pm
Thanks! Enjoy.

Well, I've encountered no problems. Beautiful map.

I'm actually not sure. It has some BNW wonders on it, but I don't know if the game is made in such a way that it simply loads the map without those wonders or if it causes any conflict.
