Description
Added the New California Republic as a playable Civilization.

UA (Monster of the West): All land units receive the Morale promotion, increasing their combat strength by 15%, +2 Gold for each Trade Route with a different civ or City-State.

UU (NCR Rangers): Specialized infantry unit. Has 75 Strength over the 65 of the Marine it replaces and +1 Sight range and +1 Movement. Ignores Terrain Movement Penalties.

UB (Camp McCarran): A replacement for the Airport, provides the same bonuses as the original airport but gives a city an extra 10 points of defence.


Planned Mods:

New California Republic
Caesar's Legion
Brotherhood of Steel
Enclave

And a custom scenario all civs and minor factions in the fallout universe starting in the correct locations. (Will take awhile to develop)


I am looking for someone that would be able to import Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 models into Civ 5 to provide the unique units a much better apperance, if you are interested please contact me on steam.

Would you be willing to make an Oasis Civ?
Leader: Tree Father Birch
UA: The Hidden Oasis: Cannot Build or Gain Settlers, double religious pressure from Capital, and plus 1 food and production from forrest tiles.
UB: Harold's Grove: a palace replacement that produces faith, an unique promotion to units "Barkskin"(which provides plus 15% combat strength when defending)
UI: Minded Woods: can only be built on a forrest tile, provides +1 Hapiness, +2 Culture and Faith.

Dunno but I for me the leader of NCR should be Thandi than Kimbal (she was better at every aspects)

My opinion is kinda opposite of Sanguine. A lot of mod Civs have "+X Gold for every unique trade route", and it's kinda underwhelming on its own.

My suggestion is to do something with City-States, especially since that's how the NCR absorbs people lore-wise-- occupy and annex. Something minor, like, with relationships.

This looks extremely overpowered, you jump almost an era and get an extremely rush-y unique unit, maybe make it require additional upkeep or have conditions such as "when in desert, gain +1 movement and sight", which would also make it more themic. Also, maybe make it so that the morale promotion only affects units while on a trade route or something and up the caravan bonuses. I don't mean to be too critical, it's a cool idea, I just think the numbers are a bit insane.

It seems like the NCR needs more bonuses towards expansion, due to the fact that it is mentioned in New Vegas that they are having a sort of "land grab". It would make sense if they were able to absorb minor factions if they were allies or at least had less of a happiness penalty for new cities. Other than that, your mods seem really good. :)

It also could be possible that the name of Shady Sands still is NCR, The soldiers just reference it as they are the NCR so to avoid confusion they still call it Shady Sands
