Decade after decade Kardel Sharpeye lived as an outcast, wandering over the plains, the mountains, the deserts, through cities or crossed rivers of the known world.
Chosing the path of being a hired gun, brought him glory and riches, yet he still was searching for the ultimate trophy.
After all, he is the phrophesied, the chosen one. The one who killed a steepstalker in it's glittering central eye.

Many preys he has hunted, many attacks fought off, but the ultimate goal remained to be taken.
On his quest for glory he heard the songs about the battle against the demons of the Cataract.
The spawn of a god caught his attention, so he strived to meet up with the one man who might have survived the encounter, Kunkka admiral of but one ship, legendary hero of the Claddish Navy.
They joint forces, to hunt him down and turn the tide around, once and for all times.
