Bananas are Luxuries

Description
Bananas are now Luxuries. Re-enact the Banana Wars and stage coups to get access to those sweet, sweet plantains.

A veteran player will tell you that you shouldn't improve Banana tiles because you lose the +2 Science from Jungles. This should make that decision easier.

This is a very simple mod. Feel free to incorporate it into your own.

Donkey Kong country actually had a sort of play on the banana wars. But I ask, who wouldn't in the age of imperialism try to take all the bananas? Back then, you weren't at the grown up table if you didn't bully for something.

The banana wars are where we get the term "Banana Republic" from, incidentally.

I like the idea. If citrus can be a luxury, why not bananas?
