Go Big Or Go Home arcade mode MOD

Description
Mod is not fully finished though should work fine for now, I am currently testing it to make sure everything works as it should and to check if anything else is needing changed or added, I may also add in an all factions unlocked (except obviously the DLC factions) mod at some point if I can spare the time.

The whole point of this mod is to be an Arcade style version of Total War by removing as much micromanagement as possible from the game so you can just build a massive army and smash it against other massive armies to see who wins while at the same time taking over the world... Dealing with the problems of plebs? Ain't nobody got time fo' that.

This is a personal mod, it uses a lot of different files (thus may not be compatible with your currently used mods) and took me a long time to tweak, test and perfect, I created this mod for my own usage and if anyone else wants to play it feel free, with this in mind any changes to the mod will be because I want to play with the change, so while you can feel free to suggest any way to improve the mod or if you would like to see something different implemented I might not want to add it... If I feel it would make my game experience better I will add it... but it is too much effort to make changes I do not want and upload as a separate mod so any changes will be at my discretion.

All changes are in effect for all factions, you can use this for whichever faction you like in game but remember that CPU controlled factions will also get these bonuses, this Mod will have your massive army of death fighting CPU Massive Armies of death in a battle royal with as little micromanagement as possible to get in the way of your rampaging horde of destruction.

Enough talk though time to get to the features:

- Remove food consumption from the game, food is still used to reinforce armies and keep populace happy so balance between no food buildings to get bigger armies and having food buildings to replenish armies faster is somewhat needed though you can ignore food altogether and have it work out fine.

- GDP from all sources has been increased to 1k for repaired buildings and 500 for damaged, this should provide you with plenty of gold to buy everything you will ever need removing any annoying nitpicking over which building is best between moneymaking or army building... More armies is always the best option.

- Province growth has been increased all growth increasing buildings now give 25 growth while repaired and 12 when damaged, this gets your towns up and running faster to get your armies built up faster with more variety rather than spamming just 2-3 unit types.

- Public order from squalor has been changed from negative to positive with all values set to 20 for repaired and 10 for damaged because lets face it, the public just love having bigger better buildings who cares if there is a bit of squalor around, it just adds to the character of the town.

- Public order from all other buildings has also been set to 20/10 for repaired/damaged buildings because lets face it, you will have enough to deal with facing huge enemy hordes you do not want the public at home to be mad at you as well.

- Buildings will all be created in 1 turn because face it who wants to wait to churn out hordes of death than are not entirely comprised of slingers/spearmen and the cost to create all buildings will be 500 gold (before modifiers) this is more to help out first turn before the masses of gold start pouring in from the GDP increases and because you are the king if you cannot get people to make buildings fast and on the cheap who can? just whip them and tell them to get back to work if they start slacking.

- General and agent skill points have been increased per level so you can get bigger more powerful armies to create even more death and destruction, the experience needed to level up has been kept at the original value as I feel these are at a reasonable level already, remember the CPU factions also get these bonuses so if you fail to keep up you will get overrun pretty quickly.

- 1 turn research for all technologies because there is no point in having faster build times if you have to wait to research every new building anyway.

- More agents per tech cap

- Better chance of capturing artillery if you win a battle (also losing it if you should get defeated).

- Baseline population growth has been increased.

- Slums now take longer to create should you for some reason not build immediately after expanding your town.

- Char recruitment pool cap increased to 5 and refill rate increased by 1 for each level

- Char research point cap has been vastly increased to allow more customization with the increased points.

- unit replenishment bonus increased

-Turns per year increased so your generals/agents do not die as soon as they start to become useful.

-Increased the number of armies and agents you can have

- Volcae faction has been added in it's most basic possible form to test out a possible expanded and fleshed out all factions included, do not expect big things from this I may not have the time and although I have not checked there is probably already an all factions unlocked mod out there that is better than what I could make.

TL;DR:

-1 turn everything
-more gold
-more armies
-more death
-more fun

I have not updated this mod in a very long time Kpandrun, I do not know if it still works and I have no plans right now to get it working again if it doesn't.
