This is specifically for Nightstalker on Safelane.
You will want this ONLY IF your mid is a Farming carry (Sniper, SF, OD)

Giving NS the Safelane is free EXP and Gold which he can maximise during Night-time.
Also his Slow and Silence turns the Offlane into a Suicide Lane when combined with 1 or 2 supports.
