Eagle Emblem + Emperor Edition Background Main Menu and Custom Battle Loading Screen

Description
Just a quick fix for the main menu and custom battle loading screen background. Exchanged coin with eagle, select the emperor background theme in the bottom right corner

Now works with beta patch 17.

Could you do one with the Hannibal at the gates backround so it removes the artifact because I think it is to big.
