Tan grass version of the No More Purple Pollution mod.

This mod changes the color of ground pollution from the default purple color to a tanshade of grass. Special thanks to reddit user, 'mtko', for discovering how to modify the ground pollution color, and making this mod possible.

Please help share this mod with the CS community. Only you can prevent purple pollution.

I am planning on releasing a guide for people to make their own terrain mods soon. It will allow people more flexibility for those who want to customize their game. I don't know when I'll be able to write the guide because I am quite busy with university right now. By Friday I should have posted it, either on steam as a guide or on the cities skylines modding subreddit. I will link to the guide on in the mod descriptions once I post it.

@KaspeR I'm sure it could be done with more extensive modding. As of right now I am not sure it is possible. I will look into it.

I think these mods are great. Is there anyway to just have the grass die and turn into dirt? Like what you see around a tree when you place it.
