Adds the The House of York under Edward IV.

Leader: Edward IV

UA - Turn the Tides (Combat units receieve a 50% combat bonus and heal 25 health after killing an enemy unit, when below half health. Yorkist units killed in battle provide an amount of culture equal to their combat strength.)
UU - Kingmaker (Replaces the Great General. Heals adjacent friendly units every turn, in addition to the traits of a regular Great General.)
UU2 - Halberdier (Replaces the Pikeman. Receives a 30% combat bonus when defending, compared to a regular pikeman.)
