Windows 98 Tool Gun

Description
Hello! This is my first Addon. This will modify the Screen of your Toolgun to look like the Windows 98 Desktop. If you have problems with this Skin, please write it in the Comments!

Also, if you want me to make an another Skin for the Toolgun, you can also give me some ideas in the Comment Section.
