Adds the Wei Kingdom. Based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Dynasty Warriors.

Leader: Cao Cao

UA - Conquering Ambition (Great Person spawn rate increased by 20%. Has a chance of acquiring a random Great Person after conquering a city, depending on its population.)
UB - Bureau for the Talented (Replaces the Garden. +30% Great Person generation and +15 Exp to all units. Can be built after discovering Iron Workings.)
UU - Tiger Rider (Replaces the Knight. Has an attack bonus against wounded enemy units.)
