Shiny Whismur Replacement for Gnome (Pokemon)

Description

Replaces the gnome with a shiny Whismur from Pokemon. Emits a shimmer effect when picked up or tossed.

Note: This mod will show a conflict with the Shiny Voltorb mod and any other shiny Pokemon mods I release in the future. This is completely OK and you can ignore the conflict as they all share a common file for the sparkle effect.
