Shiny Voltorb Replacement for Propane Tank (Pokemon)

A wild Voltorb appeared! *shiny sparkle*
Brendan used Ultra Ball!
Oh no! The Pokémon broke free!
Voltorb used Self Destruct!
Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

This replaces all propane tanks in the game with shiny Voltorbs from Pokemon. Also when you pick them up or throw them, they emit a shiny sparkle effect! (Watch the video!) If you look carefully, you'll notice that the eyes blink occasionally.
