Replaces all the propane tanks in the game with Voltorbs from Pokemon.
It took a surprising amount of effort but I got both the world model and the view model functioning.
If enough people subscribe to this, I'll probably get it to yell "Voltorb!" as it explodes, but that's for later. Sadly, doing this would make other things like the pipe bomb also yell Voltorb as they exploded.
