Breezehome Remodeled - Hearthfire REQUIRED

Description
HEARTHFIRE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS MOD...
***NOTICE:***
You MUST wait for the launcher to FULLY LOAD ALL of your mods before clicking "Play". NOT doing so can cause the mod to only partially load, and thus cause problems with conflicts and such.
(The Breezehome mods are sensitive to placement, reason unknown, I always place mods for it as the LAST one to load in my own game)
Also, EMPTY ALL CONTAINERS before subscribing or you WILL lose your items!!

As anyone who's used my mods knows, I HATE CLUTTER!! I've never understood WHY there is so much random crap laying around EVERYWHERE, just waiting for some unsuspecting Dragonborn to meander through and send pots, books, brooms and the like flying a$$ over teakettle...
SO, NO MORE CLUTTER....
Except the kitchen, as a cook and baker I insist on a well stocked kitchen... lol.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First, the basics:

**Some minor changes to things that bugged me:**

Gold has been renamed Septims.

Lynly's appearence has been altered, Sibbi states that she was very beautiful with raven hair... Sibbi's a jerk, but I don't think he's blind... so she is now prettier, has black hair and a new hairstyle!

Ingredients, ores, ingots, dragon bones/scales, jewelry, gems soul gems, hides, pelts, potions and books are now all WEIGHTLESS.

NOW, on to the Breezehome itself: This mod is designed for Hearthfire...

That said, ALL of the furnishings have been UNLINKED to the "furnish 'X' room" dialogue with the Steward at Dragonsreach. The house is FULLY furnished so you need only to buy it.

The entire house is redesigned, the hearth in the middle of the floor is gone, replaced with a fireplace on the left wall, with major remodeling done upstairs, walls moved, and fireplaces added to the Dragonborn's bedroom as well as the sitting area.

The children's room is now on the second floor as the stairs to the basement are where their room was.

Lydia's room has been moved to the basement.

Newly created RESPAWNING storage containers listed with (R) after them denote RESPAWNING, which means they are NOT safe storage!!

Newly created storage containers will have a (S) after their name (the notations for both ARE part of the name when you hover the "bullseye" on them)

House Features:

oven in kitchen
various food barrels
5 - bookshelves

Basement:

safe storage chests and 3 safes in basement

12 - weapon display cases
12 - small weapon display cases

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello, my companion Lydia cannot enter the house, can someone help me to fix this bug or error. Use SKSE v.0.1.7.3 to play

Recently played Oblivion, which in turn made me want to play Skyrim again. I've been nothing but confused for the past almost 30 hours of game play as I didn't recall installing anything that littered the world with trapdoors or added so much free stuff to Breezehome. Also was confused as to why so many items now weigh nothing and thought it was an issue with SkyUI not registering values.
My point being, I thought I had a Breezehome remodel installed, not a mod that's been changed to essentially cheat through the crafting system by giving you free materials and an obnoxious new way to fast travel. Really need to change the name of this "mod" with all these extra "bonuses".

there is NO bath, in my mod, which means you have another that's conflicting with mine. there is also NO wardrobe except in the master bedroom.

i have a mod that this mod works with but you have the tall shelf with the dwemer stuff in front of the door so i cant get to the bath and other things that are down that hall and the table is in front of the bedroom door so i cant get to there either and you have a book case infront of the woredrobe just at the top of the steps so i can get to my room that you go through the woredrobe to get to and a few other things wrong with it lolz

I have no idea what the default respawn time is for Skyrim. Right now I have no way to work on this or any of my mods that are not Vanilla. Ever since the release of the Special Edition I cannot get the Creation Kit to work with any of the DLC's.
