i still need to work on skinning the shoulder area better, and adding face bones.

works with default valve ik rig.(note: for some reason it only works if you rename the animation set )

includes:
cloth and belt bones
hood up & hood down body group
hair model (to use just lock both head bones and use zero preset)
animatable phatom blade
eye viewtarget
