This build is essentially playing Lycan as a 2 or maybe even a 1 role. Going for early damage is essential, as it enables you to gank very well in combination with the critical strike from your ult. This is also assuming you are starting Lycan in the jungle, but you could adapt your own early game laning build and still go for the late game items. The key to maximizing farm is ganking whenever your ult is available and farming during your cooldown.
