Hi all,
After extensive db editing and reseach i present you my latest work.

This mod needs WoS.Also I had to make it 4tpy because i think CA had a bug in its vanilla game.The month succeed mone onother ok but the graphics are busted..They dont follow seasons.I mean you can have June and you see leaves falling from the trees.I am trying to find a way to fix this.If i manage i will release a 12TPY version.

Has extensive changes and many new features like Social system,manpower system,Democratic/Oligarchic civil management,10 completely new effects not existant in vanilla game like dynamic unit caps or recruitment time changable from city sizes and many more..
As you can understand with so many new stuff it probably will not be compatible with large overhauls like VV or DEI.Also If you plan to play another campaign like CiG or whatever other than WoS disable this mod from mod manager.
