You can see all Recipes as Blueprints through the new versions of the cooking pot and industrial cooking pot available to unlock in the engrams. You still need to cook them.

Make sure to activate the checkbox for "Unlearned Engrams" or you will not able to see any of the recipes. Is also recommended to activate the folders you can see everything clearly

To craft the industrial cooking pot you have to "cook it" in the cooking pot (put all the materials it requires and will be autocrafted)
