Will remove when requested.

Stat maybe either overtune or undertune, feel free to suggest any change.

Main chance form OG CE patch are ammo no longer based on VE coilgun as that compatibility broke when i work on this patch back at 1.5.

In addition, the ATGM also access to guidance feature with D-FunctionalAmmunition Library
