Everyone's computer is different, some have a powerful processor, some have a powerful graphics card, and some have both, but we'll consider an option where you don't lose anything but still experience an increase.

Here's what you need to do:
1) First, you need to free up as much memory as possible. Close all unnecessary programs, such as your browser, torrent client, and others.

2) Go to Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg and look for a file called "video.txt ",we are looking for the value of "setting.mat_queue_mode" "digit?"
I explain what these numbers mean:
The value is "1", if this value is worth it, then immediately change it to another one, if you have a weak processor, it will put a lot of strain on it.
The value "-1" disables multi-core mode (for a processor with one core, just right
The value of "2" includes 2 cores in the game, making them work at full capacity. If there are 4 cores, then we write the number 4 there, and so on.
Important!

3) In the launch parameters of Dota 2, we must specify the following:
-console -novid -high dx_level 81 and the most delicious -threads and the number of cores, for example, 2 cores, so -threads 2 .The fact is that in Dota 2, your cores are not fully loaded, as they should be, and although Dota does not depend much on the processor, you will notice a decrease in FPS by about 20-30, or even more.
-dx_level 81 will give you a more or less pleasant increase (also without losing graphics) on a medium-sized video card.
-high will give you a smoother game with no lags (stable FPS)
Anything else you write in the launch options will not give you any increase in FPS.
4) Open the Task Manager and look for a task called steambhelper.exe in the processes.
Close 1-2 of these processes, but only those that use more than 120-130 megabytes of memory. If you close more than that, everything will start again automatically.
Important!
If these processes use no more than 100 megabytes of memory, there is no need to close them.

5) Nvidia video card settings
go to the control panel/nvidia control panel/image settings adjustment with preview/user settings with a focus on "performance", that is, pull the slider to the left until it stops. (Some video cards consider themselves "powerful" and set the balance or quality, do not believe such video cards, they all lie) :)
