Report a translation problem
You spawn partially submerged to the floor, clipping into the void. Any lights you place while in this state will blind you. If you move slightly upwards, it stops happening.
The skybox is compiled into the map itself, so unless you extract it from the map itself (feel free to do it) you will not be able to use it on any different maps without the exact same skybox embedded.
There is no sky_nightfall_02 files in the SFM files and yet the maps still recognises it as a skybox yet when I compile a map with sky_nightfall_02 SFM don't recognise it at all.
I suppose the camera and props must be outside of bounds, try turning lights off temporarily so you can see where you're going.
