Custom Sirens Manager

This is a exe that does nothing to your game. It only add sounds to your selected folder and adds it into the manifest.

This mod lets you add sounds to your sound folders and change the manifest automatically. This mod already comes with an sound folder to directly use in-game!

This mod gives you a exe file that you access via the mod files. To go there please right-click on PS:PO in your libary. Then go to Manage > Browse local files. On the top of your file explorer, click on "steamapps". After this you have to go to: workshop > content > 997010 > 3555363338. This is the mod files, where you can open the exe file.

To use this mod, you firstly need to set your folder and manifest file. When you open the manager, at your top-left you find a "Set Locations" button. This gives you the options to select your folder and manifest file.

Sound Folder
Your sound folder can be selected without anything to be added.

Manifest File
Your manifest file is slightly more complicated. First of all make a manifest.json file in the same folder as your sounds folder. Not inside the sounds folder. Also make sure your manifest file is not named manifest.json.txt. As this is seen as a text file.
Then open your manifest.json file with your notepad (or any other text editor). Please add "{}" inside of there, then save the file.
After this, you can select the manifest file without any issues.

You can add a sound by pressing "Add Sound File" in the top-left of the manager. After importing the file, you can add a name to it. This can be anything, as it will be assigned based on file name in your manifest. Which will be the name you select. This will be useful if you have multiple siren files per siren type.

To add a sound in your sound folder. Firstly select the file, then select if you want it to be applied on all vehicles or specific vehicles. If you want it on specific vehicles, please also select these vehicles. Then select your sound type and click "Add to map".

You can delete your sounds in the manager via the "Manage Sounds" menu. To delete your other data, please find the "savedata.txt" file in the mod folder and manually delete it.
