Cold slows down bleeding

Description
Characters' bleeding slows down in the cold.

23.08.2025
Added settings for manual configuration.
Added a bleeding reduction effect for severed limbs. Optional, enabled by default.

Added an alternative system that works not on the ambient temperature, but on the strength of hypothermia on the character, with its own formula. Optional, disabled by default.

Added all the source code to the source folder. You can change anything you want yourself and compile a ready-made dll.

Removed the mention of dependency on Harmony in the dev log.
The mod works the same way it did.

@raz334 some things are hard to believe. There are cold compresses that are specifically used to stop bleeding. And, you know, it's hard to even breathe in subzero temperatures, let alone bleed profusely.

well....

Heat increases evaporation rate, which in turn makes clotting happen faster. Reducing bleed out time. ( Example point, burning a wound to stop the bleed. ( not recommended, unless your really going to die otherwise due to burn scaring and it may never heal right again. ) )

Cold by comparison while slowing the flow, would greatly hinder the clotting process ensuring a longer bleed out duration.

And of course being wet would just make you bleed really fast and not clot easily at all.. IE in the river you bleed quickly.

Just some reality specs for comparisons.

Wonder how does that exactly work. Is this affected what kind of ambient temepratue is in the world or if character is bleeding in freeze room, how much they would bleed out compared to normally? Say for example a gunshot through torso 7hrs bleed tod death. with this mod, how much will it affect here?
